Your personal information will NOT be saved in our systems at anytime.  You can guarantee your personal information will not be stored in any of our database, documentations, or hard copies.  We protect our customers' well being and identity.  No third parties will have any of our customers' personal information.  Everyone can be assured that we keep only track of what we have in inventory.  Keep your personal login information safe.  Our staff does NOT ask for your log in information. 

 

Refund Policy (Rock Shop Only):

 

If you are not satisfied with your shipment, return your package to us and as soon as we receive it, we will refund your full purchase, including the shipping. 

If you wish to cancel your transaction, send us an email at jrgemstones@yahoo.com and we will take care of it.  Enable to obtain your full refund, you MUST return the product back to us.  After we receive it, we will refunding your full purchase price, including the shipping.  After 10 business days of your shipment arrives, the option of refund is voided.  After your package(s) arrives, you have 30  days for an eligible refund.

Mobile Backgrounds:

We do not offer any refunds for this option, so we encourage you to check out each image before committing to buy each background.  This is to show off your passion for gemstones and also for those that are just curious or interested in seeing inclusions of gemstones up close.  It is designed to have fun with.  Please also note that these backgrounds are not to be used in business activities, advertisement or advertisement purposes, or unauthorized reproductions.  You may use them for personal use such as reference material, personal use for home screen backgrounds, lock screen backgrounds, comparisons for research, entertainment, or to share with your friends.

Missing Packages Policy:

 

We are NOT responsible for the loss of any missing packages in the mail.  It is beyond our capabilities once the package(s) has left our facility.  This is to help prevent false claims and potential theft of an inaccurate transaction. We do keep track of every transaction thoroughly to make sure the product makes it to you.  Depending on location, determines the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of each package(s) that has been shipped.

Appraisals:

​

For appraisals, we appraise jewelry such as: rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, bangles, broaches, and loose stones (rough & faceted).  For this service, it is $35.00/piece (stone), for earrings it is $35.00/set.   Keep in mind that for appraisals, between various Professional Gemologists, there is an honest opinion that will vary, it is recommended to have your goods appraised every 3-5 years; due to some market changes.  We are Certified through the International Gem Society (IGS) to create various reports to help authenticate your goods. Appraisals are not refundable as it is distribution of information dollar amount of a valuable possession. If your appraisal was lost or stolen, feel free to contact us and we will replace it for free.
