Steps:

1. Have the QR Code facing out.

2. Open your camera option on your smart phone or mobile device.

3. Have the QR Code with in frame until a window pops up with a link shown.

4. Touch the link code from the window. It will open up your browser automatically.

5. Open the two files to view the front and back of the appraisal.

6. Download it onto your smart phone or mobile device.
